Upload (or email) Your Research

Submit your research via the upload page, or send PDFs to research@tafitiai.cloud for Tafiti to extract and organize your paper as pending research.

Tafiti Builds Your Drafts

Use Lit Review Mode to generate theme-based outlines, and the Grant/Thesis Builder to create a draft narrative grounded in your selected studies.

Copy-Ready Outputs

Export structured outlines and draft narratives you can paste into your thesis, dissertation, or grant proposal—then refine with your team.

User Manual

Step-by-step guides for each audience. Use the tabs below to jump to the section that matches your role.

Students & researchers

1. Create an account

  1. Open Get Started (or Register) from the top menu.
  2. Enter your name, university email, and a secure password.
  3. After sign-up, use Sign In whenever you return.

2. Explore research

  1. Go to Explore (home).
  2. Use the search bar and filters (department, year, methodology, field) to narrow results.
  3. Click a card to open the full paper: abstract, AI plain-language summary, key findings, related impact stories, and the AI chat assistant on that page.

3. Submit your research (web upload)

  1. Open Upload.
  2. Optional: attach a PDF and choose Auto-fill from PDF so Tafiti extracts title, abstract, authors, keywords, and more.
  3. Complete all steps (paper info, institutional details, optional summaries) and submit. New entries are pending until reviewed.

4. Submit by email (optional)

You can email a PDF to research@tafitiai.cloud. Put the paper title in the subject line. Your institution may forward this to Tafiti's ingestion pipeline; submissions appear as pending research after processing.

5. Lit Review Mode

  1. Open Lit Review in the menu.
  2. Write your objective or research question.
  3. Select up to 10 approved studies from the list (use search to find them).
  4. Keep or adjust themes (e.g. Mechanisms, Outcomes, Limitations).
  5. Click Generate lit review. Copy the markdown outline and theme breakdown into your document.

6. Grant / thesis builder

  1. Open Grant Builder.
  2. Choose Grant or Thesis, enter your objective, and optionally hypothesis (thesis) and target length.
  3. Select up to 12 studies, then Generate draft.
  4. Copy the outline and narrative draft; always review and cite sources properly in your final submission.

7. Impact stories

  1. Browse Impact Stories for real-world outcomes linked to research.
  2. Use create (when available) to tie a story to your research record.
